It all starts with a project or feature request. I listen carefully to empathize with the users and understand the business needs. At this stage I’ll dive into a research sprint and gather as much data as possible.

After I've recieved approval, it's time to release the project to the world. I handle all the technical details, ensuring a seamless launch by working closely with developers. The project is introduced to the public, where I will closely monitor progress and make updates when needed.
